The purpose of the Health Ministry is to support the parishioners of Queenship of Mary in healthy and whole living, promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional health while encouraging Godly, loving and healthy interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities of members include offering input, support and doing what you are able to implement the plans and activities of the committee. Some abilities needed include typing, planning, writing, speaking, teaching, etc. If you think you'd like to help, we'd love to work with you! Meetings are held monthly September through May. We also have a prayer shawl ministry so if you knit or crochet contact us to see how you can participate.

The Health Ministry has begun a Prayer Shawl Ministry, we gather twice a month to create prayer shawls for those in need of prayer. The shawls are symbolic of God's love and care as well as the prayers being offered for the recipient.  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Health Ministry also sponsors a This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it in conjunction with the American Red Cross. Participants are afforded the opportunity to obtain blood from this program, while providing this necessity to those most in need. Details are published in the bulletin in advance of the drive.
