REMINDERS:

Above please find the schedule for September 2010.  Just a few reminders ...

 

1) Remember to initial the sign-in sheet which lets me know that you did serve on your appointed day.
2) As I mentioned in a previous e-mail, Fr. Bob has requested that we place bulletins on the table at the stairway near where the altar servers sit. Remember to pick up any bulletins left on the table before leaving the church and place them in the ushers room. Don't leave them there for the next Mass.

3) We are short-handed at the 8:15 AM Mass so if anyone wishes to transfer to that mass on a permanent basis, please let me know.

4) Please remember to place all Mass Books in the rack at the end of Mass and put all kneelers in an upright position.

5) December is coming faster than you think! Remember, I will need your help in making up the schedules for the additional Masses.  Please begin planning so that we are not short handed ...

 

Lastly, a sincere thank you to all of you for serving in this important Ministry.  Remember you (and your smiling face and warm welcome!) are the first person our parishioners and guests see upon entering the church!
