The March delegation to Guatemala was short (March 26-29) but important.  Things achieved included:

Review the progress of Amistad y Fe and preparation for a new round of loans.

Groundwork was established for an invigorated relationship with the Parish of Santa Cruz.

We continued to strengthen the bond of Solidarity. We learned that the central reason for the success of the first round of loans was “because you were here”.  Our involvement and solidarity with the community of La Morena is critical to Amistad y Fe.  Sharing in Friendship and Faith is the cornerstone of our work.
