The Health Ministry strives to support the parishioners of Queenship of Mary in healthy and whole living, promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional health while encouraging Godly, loving and healthy interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities of members include offering input, support and doing what you are able to implement the plans and activities of the committee. Some abilities needed include serving healthy snacks during Donut Sundays, planning, writing, speaking, teaching, etc. If you think you'd like to help, we'd love to work with you! Meetings are held monthly September through May.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry creates prayer shawls for those in need of prayer. The shawls are symbolic of God's love and care as well as the prayers being offered for the recipient.  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Most members create shawls as their time and schedules allow; additionally, we meet once a month (Sept. through June) to pray and create together.

The Health Ministry also sponsors a This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it in conjunction with the American Red Cross. Participants are afforded the opportunity to obtain blood from this program, while providing this necessity to those most in need. Details are published in the bulletin in advance of the drive.
