Dear Eucharistic Minister,

With this letter, I have enclosed the February 2012 Eucharistic Minister schedule. Please note that this schedule includes Ash Wednesday on February 22.

I would like to ask all Eucharistic Ministers to arrive at least 15 minutes before the Liturgy begins. If you are unable to attend a Mass for which you are scheduled, please arrange for a substitute. When attending a Mass for which you are not scheduled, it is always a nice gesture to check and see if any help is needed before Mass begins.

Please plan to attend the Ministry Morning scheduled for Saturday, March 3, at 10:00 AM. You should have received information about that meeting in a separate mailing.

I want to thank those of you who sent me your February preferences. I would like to receive your March preferences as soon as you can send them. It is not too early to begin thinking about your availability for Holy Week and Easter which fall during the first week of April.

As always, I want to thank all of you for your dedication to this ministry and to the parish. If you have any questions or experience any problems, please do not hesitate to contact me.
