Dear Ministers of Hospitality,
Please refer to the schedule for March/April. This schedule includes Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday Masses. The Holy Week schedule will be sent separately.
Just a reminder ... please keep your phones on vibrate, wear your badge whenever you are serving ... it goes at the jacket or shirt pocket, and always dress appropriately. After Mass has started, be sure to redirect all incoming/outgoing people to the side aisle doors as the center double doors should remain closed until Monsignor and the processional have left the church. A small stack of bulletins should be placed at the side exit and picked up after clean-up is completed. Wheelchair parishioners should be directed to those specific areas as designated on the floor-plan map (see ushers sign-in book). Aisles should be kept clear.
Clean-up of the pews is very important as it shows we care about the appearance of our church. Please remember to take time to clean-up the aisles and return books to the racks after Mass. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes but it makes all the difference when those entering the church see everything neat and tidy plus it helps out your fellow MOHs that serve in the Mass after you!
