Dear Ministers of Hospitality,

I would like to thank all of you who volunteered for the December Christmas Masses and for the great job that was done in greeting and making all feel welcome; as well as effectively handling 'crowd control'!

Important Reminder:  It is most important that you fulfill your assigned day to usher, and if this is not possible because of an unforseen emergency, then please be sure to find a replacement.  If we are left with vacancies, it puts unnecessary pressure on those who are ushering with you to find a replacement at the last minute. Remember ... it is up to you to find your replacement once you are assigned a specific day. 

The Ministers of Hospitality schedule of assignments is regularly posted on the parish website www.qomchurch.org in addition to being sent to you by email every six weeks.

In addition, may I call your attention to the following: the upcoming celebration of the 30th Anniversary of our parish community, which will be celebrated in the fall of 2012. We are looking for many people to be a part of three committees.  Please consider joining one of these committees by calling the rectory and signing up!!

Finally, as always, thank you for all that you do for this ministry.
