Have you ever looked at the mist rising from the ground in the morning and been in awe? How about the intensity of color in a flower? The mystery of a rainbow? The majesty of a sunset?
The Creation Ministry is looking for you to capture these moments and share them with all! Take a photograph and share it with us! If you are so inclined, draw, paint or sculpt it! If nature inspires you to write a song, share it! St Francis saw God in all of nature. In honor of the 800th Anniversary of his death, we are hosting an Art Gallery on October 3 at 6pm in the Parish Hall. All forms of original art are accepted, from ages 1 to 101.
In addition to nature, we are also accepting artwork of our faith. Please submit all artwork to Jamie Wojcik by Monday, September 28. Remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect!
The Art Gallery will be a special evening to enjoy each other and be inspired by nature. Refreshments will be served. Everyone is invited – artists and admirers! Questions?
